Bid Description:
The City of Barre, Vermont is requesting proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural services for the Barre Residential Elevation Program.

The project consists of the elevation of three residential properties located within the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) in Barre, Vermont. The selected architect will support the City and Project Manager in the development of elevation plans, coordination with engineering consultants, permitting, and construction-phase support.

The three residential properties included in this project are:

· 17 Vine Street, Barre, Vermont

· 114 River Street, Barre, Vermont

· 22 Berlin Street, Barre, Vermont

Funding for this project has been secured through municipal and/or federally supported flood mitigation funding sources.
