ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR RENOVATION AND ADDITIONS TO WOLCOTT PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Town of Wolcott is seeking qualifications and proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural services in connection with the renovations and addition to the Wolcott Public Library (the “Project”), located at 469 Bound Line Road, Wolcott, CT. 06716. This solicitation is both a request for qualifications and a request for proposals (RFP/RFQ). The services to be performed are described in the Instructions to Proposers. Proposers must respond to both the RFQ and the RFP, however such responses must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the Proposer and the words “Response to RFQ for Architectural Service for the Renovation and Addition to the Wolcott Public Library” or “Response to RFP for Architectural Service for the Renovation and Addition to the Wolcott Public Library”, as applicable.
