Architectural Services for Old Acamedy Building Accessiblity Improvements

The Framingham Capital Projects and Facilities Management Department seeks, on behalf of the Framingham History Center (FHC), a qualified Design Firm to perform Design and Construction Administration (CA) services for Accessibility Improvements at the Old Academy Building, 16 Vernon Street, Framingham, MA 01701.   The Old Academy Building is managed by the Framingham History Center (FHC).

RFQ documents will be available on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 after 10:00AM on Vendor Registry.   Proposals shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 12:00 PM. https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

Non-mandatory pre-site visit will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.  Attendees shall meet at the entrance of the Old Academy Building located at 16 Vernon Street, Framingham, MA 01701.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
