Architectural Services Bryant Place, Prince Albert Saskatchewan

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of architectural services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Services").
SHC provides a range of programs and services to assist Saskatchewan residents with their housing needs. SHC is inviting proposals from architectural design firms to provide professional architectural design consulting services and construction contract administration services, to complete Landscaping and Infrastructure Civil Engineering Work at Bryant Place which is comprised of 63 townhouse units over 13 buildings located at 51 28th Street West in Prince Albert SK.

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of SHC, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Proponent and the rejection of the Proponent’s Submission.

Proponents are to submit their submissions electronically via email to Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation herein referred to as the Owner. Paper copies will not be accepted.

Bids shall be submitted as a scanned electronic copy of the Bid Form provided, having been duly signed and sealed where required, clearly identified with the Bidder’s name, Project name, RFP reference number, and closing date in the transmittal and submitted electronically to:Email address: tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com

Telegraphic, facsimile or telephone proposals will not be accepted. However, addition or reduction modifications to Official Bids which do not reveal the bid price, can be submitted by email, if received prior to closing time, will be considered to the following address: tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com.
