URL to solicitation documents: https://fairfieldct.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/206716 The Town of Fairfield is seeking architectural services for alterations to the Adaptive Recreation Center located at 240 Colony Street, Fairfield, CT. The alterations will encompass the entire interior building gross area of 6,000 sq. ft. along with some exterior improvements as listed in the scope of work below. The selected firm will be managed by the Town’s Capital Project Team and work with Parks and Recreation Dept and Public Works.
