Architectural & Professional Consulting Services

The City of Destin, Florida (City), is currently seeking sealed submittals for “Architectural and Professional Consulting Services for City of Destin.” The firm with the successful proposal shall be required to supply the City with copies of its current Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation coverage. Proposals must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFQ No. 23-09-CD , “ARCHITECTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF DESTIN”, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the firm submitting the proposal, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Time, on Thursday November 30, 2023 at which time they will be opened and identified aloud. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or portions thereof, to waive minor defects and informalities in the process, to accept the Proposal(s) or take any other actions deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest. Pursuant to section 287.055, Florida Statutes, “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act”, is seeking Professional Architectural and Professional Consulting firms to enter into a “continuing contract” to provide various Architectural and Professional consulting services for the City and shall include but is not limited to all forms of architectural/structural/landscape architectural consulting services. The intent of this RFQ is to acquire a broad range of Architectural and Professional Consulting Services for the City based on the definition of “Continuing Contract” in section 287.055(2)(g), Florida Statutes. The terms “Consultant” and “Respondent” shall mean the firm submitting for this RFQ and will be used interchangeably in this solicitation.
