Architectural & Engineering Services and Related Disciplines for New Police Department Headquarters

The City of Doral is seeking Responses from a qualified Professional to the provision of providing Architectural & Engineering Services and Related Disciplines for New Police Department Headquarters.

The City of Doral is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from interested parties and/or firms for the provision of providing professional engineering/architectural services, permitting and construction phase services that include but are not limited to the design and preparation of construction plans and specifications, construction bid evaluation, and construction observation and administration (the “services”) for a New Police Department Headquarters and supporting infrastructure including utilities.

The project referenced as part of this Request for Qualifications principally consists of the design and engineering of a three-story new police department headquarters building, with approximately 62,933 gross square feet which will serve as the primary operational, administrative, and community-facing facility for the City of Doral Police Department, located at 3719 NW 97th Avenue, Doral, FL 33178.
