Architectural/Engineering Services Relative to New Animal Control Facility

The City of Bristol (“the City”) is seeking to renovate a structure for reuse as an animal control facility, and is accepting proposals from design teams toward the development of design, construction documents, and subsequent construction administration efforts for the completion of such facility.

Proposal submission documents are available at no charge by downloading from the City of Bristol web site via the document link noted below.

A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on June 18, 2025 at 9:00 am at the proposed project site located at 30 Cross Street, Bristol CT 06010.

Proposal submissions will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until June 27, 2025 at 11:00 am; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to the Purchasing Department no later than the date and time noted above.  Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.
