Architectural/Engineering Services Relative to Renovation of Edgewood Pre-Kindergarten Academy

In accordance with the requirements set forth in C.G.S. 10-287, the City of Bristol is seeking submissions of qualifications for complete architectural and engineering services relative to renovation of Edgewood Pre-Kindergarten Academy, located at 345 Mix Street, Bristol, CT 06010. Project materials and submission requirements may be obtained at no charge from the City of Bristol Purchasing Department web site via the document link noted below.

There will be an opportunity to discuss the project with City/BOE Staff on June 3, 2025 at 9:00 am, at the Board of Education Administration Building located at 129 Church St., Bristol, CT 06010.

Qualifications will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until June 20, 2025 at 11:00 am; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal(s) that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to the Purchasing Department no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive delivered to the address noted below; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.
