Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2024, 10:00 a.m. at the Roads & Drainage Meeting Room , located at 3000 Sheffield Road, Winter Haven, FL 33880. An authorized representative or agent of the Proposer must be present at this meeting in person, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Proposers Proposal will be considered non-responsive. A MANDATORY site visit will immediately follow.
