ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of North Mankato will be requesting Statements of Qualifications from Architectural and Engineering organizations for the design of the Public Works Facility and for related pre-construction and procurement A/E services. The City of North Mankato will receive printed Statements of Qualifications for the Project at the North Mankato City Hall located at 1001 Belgrade Avenue, North Mankato, MN 56003, until Friday, January 31, 2025, at 4:30 PM local time. See Requests for Qualifications for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications. Project Information and Proposal Documents can be found on the City’s website .
