ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE ABERDEEN TRANSIT ORIENTED (TOD) - STATION SQUARE PROJECT.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure the services of an Architectural and Engineering (A/E) consultant firm to provide contract drawings, specifications, and engineering estimates (PS&E) for the ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE ABERDEEN TRANSIT ORIENTED (TOD) - STATION SQUARE PROJECT. The Consultant is required to respond to this RFP with a Technical Proposal that will be reviewed and evaluated to select the most qualified Consultants to perform some or all the services described in the Scope of Services.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 2:00 PM EST on October 13, 2025 in the Council Chambers at 60 N. Parke Street Aberdeen, MD 21001.

Questions or requests for clarification concerning the Request for Proposal are due in writing to Shawn Brogan, Procurement Officer, at sbrogan@aberdeenmd.gov , no later than October 27, 2025 4:00 PM EST

All proposals must be marked "RFP 25-10, A&E DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE ABERDEEN TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT (TOD) - STATION SQUARE PROJECT, and be delivered to Aberdeen City Hall, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 4:00 PM EST on December 1, 2025.

No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice-of-Award, if any, will be given to the successful Bidder in writing.

The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time after issuance, to reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals received, and to negotiate with responsible Consultants in any manner necessary to serve its best interests.
