Project Description: Tarrant County College District (TCCD/TCC) is seeking a qualified design professional to submit their qualifications for a scope of services to provide full architectural and engineering design services for the reconfiguration of an existing data center at Trinity River Campus in the Trinity River Clear Fork Building.
The objectives of this project will be to reduce the footprint and fully enclose the data center. The existing MEP infrastructure such as fire suppression, cooling and water detection that supports the Data Center will be modified to support this new space.
