Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at the Emergency Operations Center building, located at 1890 Jim Keene Blvd, Winter Haven, FL 33880. An authorized representative or agent of the Proposer must be present at this meeting in person, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Proposers Proposal will be considered non-responsive. A MANDATORY site visit will immediately follow.
