Architectural and Engineering Services for HSIP East Main Street Improvement Project

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

The City of Galesburg, Illinois, hereby invites qualified firms to submit a sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for architectural and engineering services for the East Main Street improvement project located in the City of Galesburg. SOQs will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, February 14, 2025, at the office of the Purchasing Agent; located in City Hall, Finance Department, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL, 61401. Request for qualification packets may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent or online at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. The City will award a contract for the SOQ that best meets the qualifications and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg. Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations. Resolution No. 90-74 requires compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations.
