Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Professional Services Term Contract

The Buffalo Public Schools Division of Plant Services and School Planning is seeking proposals and qualifications from licensed and experienced Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms to establish a term contract for professional services. These services will be provided on an "as needed" basis for various projects that may arise during the contract term.

The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, the following:

· Masonry and Envelope Reconstruction

· Roofs Replacement

· Window Reconstruction and Lead Abatement

· Pool Renovation

· Flooring Replacement

· Interior Finish Replacement

· HVAC – Boiler Replacement / Air Conditioning Replacement

· Door and Hardware Replacement

· Concrete and Stair Reconstruction

· Building Conditions Surveys

· Building Code Consultation

The selected consultants will collaborate with our team to ensure the successful execution of projects in line with our goals and standards. All services provided under this contract shall adhere to the guidelines outlined in the SED Manual of Planning Standards 2022.
