Architectural / engineering (A/E) services for the renovation of a ~700 sq/ft laboratory in a commercial building in Stafford, Virginia

Utah State University Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is requesting proposals for architectural / engineering (A/E) services for the renovation of a ~700 sq/ft laboratory in a commercial building in Stafford, Virginia.

The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method.  The Solicitation for A/E Services documents, including the submittal requirements, selection criteria and procurement schedule, will be available upon request starting Friday February 7, 2025.  Requests must be submitted by email to Kay D. Hegemann at kay.hegemann@sdl.usu.edu .

A notice of intent to propose must be emailed to Ms. Hegemann by February 14, 2025. The notice of intent is required in order to obtain instructions for and participate in the mandatory, onsite pre-submittal meeting to be convened on Thursday February 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local). All firms intending to submit on this project must have a representative in attendance.
