Architectural Design Services-Canton Intermediate School Roof Repair or Replace

The Town of Canton invites the submission of qualifications in accordance with the conditions and terms set forth herein from qualified consulting architectural firms to provide preliminary evaluation, complete design, architectural/engineering services, permitting, bidding, and construction administration services for the replacement of portions of the roofs at Canton Intermediate School in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. To be considered, architectural firm must have completed a minimum of five (5) CT public school roof replacement projects. The firm must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully working with the State of CT Office of School Construction Grants & Review. To be considered: The Town will host a pre-bid mandatory walk-through of the proposed project location at Canton Intermediate School on Tuesday December 16, 2025, 3:00 pm.
