Architectural Design Services to Develop Two New City Buildings for the Public Works Department

The City of Idaho Falls is seeking qualified firms with recent experience in developing civil site plans and building plans within the City of Idaho Falls . The City will furnish all required surveying for both buildings. Consultant work will include any required subsurface investigation, a demolition plan, (Street/Sanitation building), building design, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), IT accommodation, remote telemetry accommodation (Water building) civil site plan development, initial project cost estimation for budgeting purposes, utility relocation coordination (if required), and any other work required to assemble complete plans, project cost estimate (general estimate at 30% design and a more detailed estimate to be provided at 90% design) and specifications for bidding.
