Architectural-Design-Management - Thistle Gun Range Facility

Utah County is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide professional services for the designing, permitting and construction management of the new Utah County Sheriff Thistle Gun Range Training Facility. Services will include project scoping; refinement of the existing concept plan drawing; preparation of detailed specifications, drawings, and bid documents for the purpose of competitive bidding; and construction management/administration services following award of the construction contract to a general contractor. The selected Architect will assist Utah County in advancing the concept plan into complete construction documents and will support the County through bidding, contractor selection, and construction of the facility located at the Thistle Gun Range, approximately 12814 South Hwy 89, in the Thistle area of Utah County (approximately 7 miles southeast of Spanish Fork City).
