ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION. The Housing & Redevelopment Authority of Worthington, MN is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms to design and administer a renovation project, including Pre-Construction, including Procurement through Solicitation, Construction, and Post-Construction. This RFQ will relate specifically to the remodel/renovation of a new office space recently acquired by the HRA. The complete RFQ can be found on the HRA’s website .
