Architectural Consulting Services for Fleet Management Re-Roofing Project

Project Description: The City of Tallahassee’s Fleet Management Department is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide design development services resulting in a complete set of plans and specifications, bidding services, contract administration, and construction services related to the re-roofing and replacement of the bay and entry doors of the Garbage, Fire, and Tire Shop located at 400 Dupree Street, Tallahassee, Florida. Said plans and specifications shall provide protection against 120 MPH winds or the wind speed protection and impact requirements indicated by the effective Florida Building Code at the time permits are issued. This Project is federally funded by FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Grant No. H – Project No. 4399-074-R.
