Architect & Engineering Services for City of Waco

Project Description: The City of Waco is requesting to prequalify professional service providers related to Architect & Engineering Services. Qualified vendors will demonstrate proven expertise, experience, and capacity to deliver services on an as-needed basis throughout the duration of this solicitation. The purpose is to establish a pool of prequalified suppliers that can be engaged swiftly for specific projects through subsequent mini-RFQs or project-specific RFPs. Prequalified vendors must be capable of delivering high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals and adhering to the outlined standards and expectations. Throughout the prequalification period, vendors will be assessed based on their qualifications, capabilities, and relevant experience. Selected vendors will be placed on an approved list, from which they may be invited to bid for project-based contracts as opportunities arise. Each specific engagement will be governed by separate terms and conditions, ensuring both flexibility and alignment with project requirements.
Vendors are advised that participation in this RFQ does not guarantee an award of contract, compensation, or any form of payment. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and make no assurances that services solicited under this RFQ will result in contractual obligations. The City reserves the right to procure professional services from vendors not prequalified under this RFQ if it is determined to be in the City’s best interest or necessary to meet project-specific requirements. This provision ensures the City maintains the flexibility to address emerging needs or specialized service demands as they arise.
