Architect-Engineering Services Program

This is a sources sought notice for the Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services Program at Scott Air Force Base (AFB), Illinois. Offers or proposals will not be accepted and questions regarding this program will not be answered in response to this notice.

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the number of responsible sources and the potential for small business concerns. The information gathered will be used to determine the best acquisition strategy for the program, which will consist of the solicitation and award of up to five (5) Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the execution of Title I, Title II, and other A-E services. The anticipated performance period of the program will be a 12-month base period plus four (4) option periods of 12-months each. Each IDIQ contract will have a total value of $2.4M with individual task order values ranging from $3,000 to $1,500,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Codes are 541310, Architectural Services, with a size standard of $12,500,000 and 541330, Engineering Services, with a size standard of $25,500,000.

Interested parties are encouraged to provide the information requested below to BOTH Points of Contact (POC) for this notice:

- Name and address of your firm.

- Point of contact name, title / position, telephone number, and email address.

- What is your firm's primary discipline (e.g. Architectural, Engineering, Specialized, etc.)?

- What is your firm's sub-discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Safety, Structural, Civil, etc.)?

- Do you have any partnering arrangements for disciplines outside of your firm's primary or sub-disciplines?

- Number of years in industry?

- Number of employees at your firm?

- What is your firm's socio-economic status?

- Provide a brief description of the typical work (complexity, costs, disciplines used).

- Does your firm have an office in or near the St. Louis area?

- Has your firm been awarded any government contracts in the past three (3) years? If yes, for whom and what

was the nature of the project?

- Has your firm participated in in any design-build work? If yes, please give a brief description of the work and

when it was performed?

- Is your firm interested in a long-term contract to provide A-E support to Scott AFB, IL?

- Provide any additional information you would like to include about your firm.
