Architect/Engineer services for academic and research buildings at USF

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The project(s) consists of two (2) separate LOTS. LOT one (1) is for the USF Bellini College of AI, Cybersecurity, and Computing building, and LOT two (2) is for the USF Muma College of Business. Each building will be approximately 80,000 – 110,000 GSF new construction, located on USF’s Tampa campus and is anticipated to include teaching and research labs, classrooms, and space for growing college programs. The estimated construction budget for this project is anticipated to be $65-million including site related work.  It is anticipated that this project will utilize a Construction Manager for pre-construction and construction services.

The selected firm(s) will need to include programming validation, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting support, bidding assistance, and construction administration for the awarded Lot(s). Lots may be awarded separately, each to a different firm, or together to the same firm.
