The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is issuing a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services in accordance with the Brooks Act (FAR Subpart 36.6).
The Government intends to award up to four (4) single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide a full range of multi-disciplinary Title I, Title II, and other specialized engineering services. These services will support sustainment, restoration, modernization, and new construction projects primarily at Offutt AFB and its associated off-site facilities in eastern Nebraska.

To ensure the Government has access to highly specialized expertise, the contracts will be awarded across four (4) distinct pools of work. A firm may submit qualifications for one or more pools; however, a firm will only be awarded a maximum of one (1) contract.

Submission Deadlines:
Questions regarding this solicitation shall be received no later than 08 May 2026 at 3:00 PM Central Time. Questions received after this deadline may not be answered.
SF330's shall be receieved no later than 27 May 2026 at 3:00 PM Central Time.
