The City of Savannah is accepting proposals from qualified consultants through the Procurement and Contracts Division supplier portal until
1:30 PM on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

Only electronically submitted proposals will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids. The names of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah, GA 31401.

A pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for 9:30 AM on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Floyd Adams Jr. Complex (Room 104), 20 Interchange Savannah, GA 3415 to address any questions and/or issues that may have arisen. You are invited to attend.

Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
