Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request

for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services.

Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or

indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this

announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or

the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for

this effort. Contract award for this solicitation is contingent upon upper-level review and concurrence with this requirement.



1. The contractor will provide all tools, materials, labor, supervision, and test equipment to perform the 5-Year

Arc Flash Safety Service Testing at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center at 5500 E. Kellogg Ave. Wichita, Ks

67218. The Arc Flash Safety Service will identify electrical system hazards and provide proper labeling and

recommendations for remediation per the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Institute of

Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) safety standards and industry practices.
