The City of Spokane, through its Water and Hydroelectric department is initiating this Request for Qualifications to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing Arc Flash Coordination Analysist for the Upriver Hydrolectric Project . It is the responsibility of Proposers to check Pro cureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request.
