Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Divison intends to procure services to fully develop and deliver the software package to operate the Government-Led Design Arc Fault Protection System (AFPS) on a sole source to Fairmount Automation.



The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
