Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Franklin Keywords: Landscaping, Tree Work, Parks and Recreation Bid Description: The Town of St. Albans is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a certified arborist/landscaping contractor to procure at least 30 trees and develop a planting plan for Cohen Park. The Town will work with the selected contractor to plant the trees. This project is funded by Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation, from Communities Caring for Canopy Grants and United States Department of Agriculture. Sealed bids will be received at the Town of St. Albans located at 398 Georgia Shore Road, until 2:00 P.M. local time, Friday, June 12th, 2026. Bids received will be opened publicly at the time and place stated above. Completion date for this project is October 31st, 2026. To view the complete RFP, please go to www.stalbanstown.com. A pre-bid site visit will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. on-site. All questions shall be referred to the Stormwater Coordinator at j.medina-triana@stalbanstown.com. Deadline for questions is end of day Monday, June 8th, 2026. Bidders may inspect the work at any time.
