Project Description: The Hillsborough County Water Resources Department (WRD) is seeking competitive bids from suppliers to provide aqueous ammonia in bulk gallons. It is acknowledged that the conversion rate is 7.74 pounds per gallon. This will be used as an additive to raw water, in order to provide potable water to WRD customers. The estimated project budget is $363,000.00.
