Solicitation Summary

The City of Gaithersburg is seeking proposals for the repair and replacement of the Gaithersburg Aquatic Center indoor pool white coat.

Last time the Gaithersburg Aquatic Center was re-plastered was in spring of 2014. Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Inspection report of 2023 and 2024 states cracks on pool white coat and pool surface require repair.

The Aquatic Center will be closed from July 27-August 31, 2026 to complete all repair work and to have the pool inspected.
