Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Community Development Manager of the City of Joplin, Missouri, will receive sealed bid for making the following improvements in the City of Joplin, Missouri. For the demolition of structure(s), and clean-up of area at the following location(s):

908 E. 17th Street

BID PACKAGE 2:

403 W. 19th Street

2102 S. Joplin Ave

1306 S. Pearl Ave

1705 S. Byers Ave

BID PACKAGE 3:

202 N. Florida Ave

1109 E Broadway

712 E. Hill St

315 N. Mineral Ave

Specifications are on file in the office of the Planning & Community Development Manager, 602 S. Main Street 4th Floor. Bids must be in the hand of the Planning & Community Development department on or before 10:30 A.M. on Friday, April 3, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to be licensed, Bonded and insured as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri. The Planning & Community Development Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid.
