Description: The NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets intends to procure for tent rental services (provide, install and maintain) various tent sizes for the Department and for the New York State Fair concessionaires during the 2025 New York State Fair (August 20 – September 1, 2025) pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law Section 163. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through other than the “Designated Contact Person(s)” identified below may constitute an “impermissible contact” under state law with respect to Procurement Lobbying,and could result in disqualification of that vendor. Any updates or changes will be posted to the New York State Contract Reporter.
