Approach Roadway and Bridge Design for Replacement of Bridge No. 9728 on I-90

Brief Description: MnDOT requests letters of interest for professional, technical assistance to provide preliminary and detail design for replacement of Bridge 9728 on Interstate 90 (I-90) Eastbound over County State-Aid Highway (CSAH) 46 and the CPKC Railroad in Freeborn County. Bridge 9728 is a 4-span steel beam structure. The project spans approximately 0.21 miles, which includes the bridge, I-90 EB roadway, and a portion of the EB exit loop to CSAH 46. The project will construct a new bridge on the same I-90 alignment. The goal of this project is to provide 100 percent construction plan for the project by November 11, 2027.
