Scope of Work: The City of Kenai requires appraisals of specific municipal-owned land to determine the fair market value of the properties. This scope of work outlines the requirements for the appraisal of all parcels requiring valuation are located within the corporate limits of the City of Kenai. A map and legal descriptions related to the properties requiring appraisal are included in the appendices to this document.
Bidders should contact the Public Works Department at (907) 283-8236 to be placed on the plans holders list. Questions may be submitted to purchasing@kenai.city .
