Project Description: The City of Cincinnati (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified offerors to support the City’s Real Estate Division with appraisal and appraisal review services for transportation projects undertaken pursuant to the City’s eminent domain authority. Under this authority, the City is required to provide just compensation to property owners, including allocation between the value of the property acquired and any damages to the remaining property. Compensation is determined based on fair market value as established through an appraisal and corresponding review appraisal. Selected offerors will be eligible to enter into contracts with the City to provide these services on an as-needed basis.
