Appomattox River Greenway Trail - Phase V

Sealed Bids, subject to the plans and specifications, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA for the Appomattox River Greenway Trail Phase V Project, until 2:00 PM EDT July 7 2023.

There will be a pre-bid conference on June 23 2023 at 10:00AM EDT in Council Chambers,

This project consists of installation of a new 10-ft asphalt trail, three timber frame trail structures and drainage from Roslyn Landing to Jennick frive, The project limits starts at Roslyn Landing, connecting to the existing Appomattox Greenway trail and extends to the north and west to Jennick Drive.

The Appomattox River Greenway Trail Phase V project consists of installation of a new asphalt trail including, but not limited to: Drainage Structures, Timber Frame Structures, and handrails.

There will be a 12% DBD Goal for this project.

All work associated with this project shall be completed not later than July 1 2024.
