ARLis an existing research facility located on the Pickle Research Campus (PRC).The proposed Special Projects Building (SPB) will house offices and meetingspaces along with the necessary support spaces. This single story structurewill require walls to deck and STC rated doors and is expected to be between10,000 to 15,000 GSF. The target site for the SPB will be the location ofexisting buildings T-500 and 189 which will require demolition as well asre-routing of existing utility infrastructure.
