Clarifications:

Are we required to submit a proposal for ESCNJ 25/26-33 Certified Staff Services if we are submitting a proposal for CC/RFP #25/26-30 Applied Behavioral Analysis and Behavioral Consultant Services?

Also, can the documents be digitally signed, or must they have “wet” signatures?

To clarify, ESCNJ 25/26-33 Certified Staff Services is a bid for the Co-op, while CC/RFP 25/26-30 Applied Behavioral Analysis and Behavioral Consultant Services is an RFP for ESCNJ school districts. You will need to request each document individually.

Please note that the ESCNJ requires a paper submission for all bids and RFPs. Either signature is permitted as long as it is visible for your paper submission.
