The Municipality of East Hants (“East Hants”) manages a small inventory of gravel roads that, from time to time, require application of dust control products as further described in Section 2, Statement of Requirements (the “Services"). To this end, East Hants is seeking competitive Quotations from the marketplace to identify a Vendor to possibly supply these Services.
