Overview
Summary

Purpose Statement

Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) is seeking a modern, comprehensive, and integrated talent management solution to streamline our hiring and new hire onboarding processes. As the largest school district in Southern Arizona, we manage a significant volume of talent acquisition, receiving over 17,000 job applications and onboarding nearly 2,000 regular, temporary, and substitute employees each year.

We require an intuitive, single-sign-on, cloud-based platform that can handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial application to final onboarding. This new solution must enhance the experience for all users—candidates, hiring managers, and our human resources team—by providing a seamless and efficient workflow. A key component of this is the ability to digitally collect, manage, and store all necessary new hire documentation and forms, as well as any relevant information from hiring managers. This will reduce the administrative burden and ensure a complete and accurate record for every employee.

We are looking for a long-term partner, not just a vendor. The ideal solution will include full configuration, implementation, testing, and comprehensive training to ensure a smooth transition. We expect a dedicated client success partner, ongoing technical and maintenance support to guarantee the system's continued success.

Our projected go-live date is July 1, 2026 . We are confident that a unified, end-to-end solution will empower us to attract, select, and retain the best talent for our students and community.
