Bids Due to Terra Construction by 2:00PM, local time, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 27th, 2025.

Project Scope: Site clearing and removals for new baseball/softball and soccer/football fields. Demolition of

small existing VAA building. Work includes all sports equipment and specialties for new fields, turf and irrigation.

This project will be managed by Terra Construction, the Construction Manager. The scope of work will be bid

on and awarded by separate, distinct Bid Categories outlined in Specification Section 01 1202. Terra will

receive the bids and qualification checklists electronically and will evaluate them for scope completeness to

ensure the bidder qualifies. Terra will notify the responsible bidders they intend to award the project to.

Electronic copy of the Bid bond is required for each submission, and performance and payment bonds will be

required for this project.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on: 2/12/2025 at 9:30AM the Community Center

located at 14603 Hayes Rd, Apple Valley, MN 55124, Apple Valley, MN. Contractors are to meet at the exterior

of the front entrance. Terra Construction will review the project scope, bidding procedures, bidding documents

and other conditions with interested bidders and answer questions.
