The Belton Independent School District (“District”) invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for submit Proposals for Apparel, Uniforms, Accessories, Supplies and Equipment.
This proposal does not ask for individual pricing on specific items. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. The estimated value of services, and/or supplies purchased annually is over $50,000.
NOTE:
THIS IS A NEW APPAREL, UNIFORMS, ACCESSORIES & SUPPLIES RFP. Keep in mind that this proposal MUST BE completed in order to be considered or remain on the Districts approved vendor listing.
THIS IS A NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, and as such, the Belton Independent School District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer prior to an award.
Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
TERM:
The term of this proposal shall be for one (1) year with three (3) successive one (1) year automatic renewals, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties not to exceed four (4) years total.
Belton ISD will issue a subsequent RFP after the first award.
Initial Contract Period: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027;
Contract YR2: July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2028;
Contract YR3: July 1, 2028 - June 30, 2029;
Contract YR4: July 1, 2029 - June 30, 2030
Belton ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the final contract period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services.
