APL-62 Deep Clean

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS: The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), Bremerton, Washington intends to award a stand-alone Firm-Fixed Price contract to accomplish deep cleaning services of one (1) APL-62 Berthing Barge. Work will be accomplished at Puge Sound Naval Shipyard, within the CIA, on-board the APL-62.

SCOPE OVERVIEW: The Contractor shall deep clean, in accordance with the references and specifications provided, to support the COMPACFLT Berthing and Messing barge program. All interior/exterior spaces are to be cleaned. Provide on- site production support personnel and supervision to accomplish deep cleaning services associated with the upkeep of Messing and Berthing barges to support ships availability schedules.

The Period of Performance is scheduled to be 06 January 2025 to 14 February 2025. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561720, size standard $22,000,000. The Product Service Code Class is S201.

All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of Government contracts.

Any purchase order resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the evaluation criteria outlined below in FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation--Commercial Items (NOV 2021)).
