Any bidder who is not on the Master Contractor List (Hewlett Packard) must provide a Letter of Agreement to verify their authorization to resell the product.
This is a Green Purchasing solicitation. Only bidders who provide EPEAT-Registered Silver or Gold or TCO Certified products for handling IT Equipment and Hardware will be considered.
