APC RACK AND SWITCH

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Kimberly Silvernagel at kimberly.d.silvernagel.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 4:00 PM Eastern

Standard Time on 26 Sep 2025.

This solicitation is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the

proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for brand name APC BY SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC / EATON under the authority implemented

by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by (FAR) Part 8.405-6(b)(1). Must be an authorized distributor of APC BY SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC /

EATON.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for

award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov.

This action has a required delivery date of October 1st. Quotes that cannot meet the deadline may not be considered.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical

acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough

technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided.

The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. A determination by the

Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Items must be

brand new.
