NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
Contract Number: 15M10225PA4700071
The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for FY25 D22 District of Hawaii OFFICE FURNITURE .
The period of performance for this effort will be a base. The total estimated value is approximately $47,294.02 and is being awarded to CONTRACT FURNISHERS OF HAWAII, INC.
This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement.
The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
