The Service Provider will provide the following after the area receives more than a 1/4 of an inch of snow. Parking lots will be ploughed, and walkways/ramps shoveled. De-icing to these areas will be a part of this service. During freezing rain apply de-icing to parking lot, walkways, and ramp. Not to exceed 2 times a day unless approved by customer. Monday-Friday only no weekends or holidays. Quote should include daily pricing for de-icing services and snow ploughing services. Quote should include individual pricing for de-icing services and snow ploughing services separately if only one service is needed.
